Dear Tribe members,
We received almost 200 submissions during round 1 of the GoAnimate Music Video Contest. We are so proud! The jury and our sponsors had a hard time selecting their favorites / prize winners and the Top 15 Tribe songs ready to continue to the second and final round of the contest. The top 15 list will be handed over to the professional GoAnimate Team. In the upcoming days they will introduce these songs to their 600,000 members (animators) ready to participate in the final round of the Music Video Contest. The best Music Video Clip(s), GoAnimate participant(s) and Tribe member(s) will be selected and rewarded in February 2011. I am looking forward to see the many creative, inspiring and fun animations in the upcoming weeks generated by the GoAnimate Tribe. We will keep you all posted of course. for now: meet & greetz with 2 visual artists - 2 artist collectives - 3 remixers - 2 composers - 2 poets - 3 publishers - 2 distributors - 3 labels - for the last 3 i am in negotiation about contracts ..
in due time update about the legal progress - in the mean time i use the indie distribution channels like cdbaby.com and bandcamp.com to sell my music
